Muhammad Shiraz Malik

As a founder and managing director of Pak Dynamic Technical Solutions, I am incredibly excited to share my and my team's vision of practical engineering applications and services for our clients across the country.

We believe in practical excellence in applied engineering through our services in the area of Automotive service industry solutions, Renewable energy solutions, Plant and Industrial equipment maintenance and Technical training.

We are committed to our mission at Pak Dynamic Technical Solutions and aimed to step-up to the next level of professionlism and quality delivery of services in Pakistan.

Our journey began in 2019 when I turned my passion in establishing an organization in Pakistan to achieve high standards of technical training delivery and to develop a safe professional working environment in Pakistan's automotive industry. This milestone was achieved with help of my team specially the founding persons, Engineer Syed Nayyar Ahmed and Syed Muhammad Ali.

We have excelled and ready to deliver our technical services in Automotive, technical training, Renewable energy solutions, Industrial HVAC solutions, Plant machinery maintenance and Plant engineering projects.

Syed Nayyar Ahmed

I have been associated with Sir Shiraz since 2011—he has been my mentor, elder brother, and a great friend. In 2018, he envisioned creating an organization that would equip engineers and professionals, particularly in the mechanical and automotive fields, with essential skills often overlooked in traditional education.

In 2019, when Sir Shiraz returned to Pakistan from Australia, Pak DTS officially launched its first program, making its mark in the industry. As a learner, I actively participated in various training sessions, which significantly enhanced my skills. This growth enabled me to join Jaguar Land Rover in 2020 with confidence and expertise. Over the years, I have continued to expand my knowledge through specialized training and have taken on multiple roles in the industry, including Instructor, Project Engineer, Event Organizer, Workshop Controller, and other leadership positions. I have also had the opportunity to work on several high-impact projects. Recently, I completed a specialized training program in Qatar, further strengthening my expertise.

Pak DTS has been instrumental in my professional journey, providing me with practical knowledge and industry-specific skills beyond textbooks. My time with Pak DTS has been truly transformative, shaping me into the professional I am today.

With a strong passion and background in the automotive industry, I joined Pak DTS in 2019, where I had the opportunity to work on multiple projects and develop a diverse set of skills. Under the mentorship of the founder, Mr. Shiraz, I gained valuable insights and knowledge that significantly contributed to my professional growth. These experiences not only enhanced my technical and problem-solving abilities but also prepared me to navigate the challenges I faced after moving to Canada. The skills and lessons I acquired at Pak DTS have been instrumental in helping me adapt, grow, and succeed in a new professional and cultural environment.

I have been working with Pak DTS since 2020, and it has been an excellent platform for my professional growth. Under the guidance of Mr. Shiraz, I have gained valuable experience in industrial automation and machinery, applying my skills to various projects. Pak DTS has provided me with opportunities to enhance my expertise and take on new challenges, significantly contributing to my career development.

My technical skills include panel designing and fabrication, electronic circuit repair, IC and PLC programming, troubleshooting CNG compressors, injection molding and blow machines, dispenser units, and solar system installation (3kW to 15kW). My knowledge and hands-on experience in these areas have allowed me to make meaningful contributions to the team's success
